Day 30- Mix and match snacks

So glad that this october it is going to end soon! It was not one of my good month.... full of unplesent events, lots of stress... a very hard periode!
I really hope that november and decembre will bring some more light, happiness and peace!
So, today we have something simple, because today was everything, but not simple!


Ingredients for a mix and match snack:

- 1 apple
- walnuts
- grapes
- quince

Directions:

Just mix and match the fruits and enjoy your supper snack!

Why is it good for you:

- white grapes for a healtyh heart 

black grapes for a beautiful-glowing skin

- walnuts, are good for your skin, hair and nails (will be shinny and strong) and for your memorie 

 - apples, eaten daily prevent Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, because they contain some helpfull antioxidants.  Also, scientists claim that fruit peel are substances that has the ability to "burn" calories
A new study suggests that apples may be, for women, an effective aphrodisiac; the daily consumption of apples improves sexual function and is linked to greater satisfaction of women in private life.
And, of course, an apple a day, keeps doctor away!
